Dainese Smart Jacket LS

The Smart Jacket LS is a ventilated motorcycle jacket that combines the versatility of a lightweight, ventilated garment with the intelligence and maximum protection of the Dainese D-air® airbag system. The Smart Jacket LS does not require connection to the motorcycle, can be used as a normal ventilated jacket without having to combine other garments, and does not require a subscription. Made of certified, abrasion-resistant and ventilated fabric, it is also suitable for particularly hot days and ensures excellent breathability. The Dainese D-air® system, which is used in the MotoGP™ and has been developed over 25 years of research, thanks to its 7 sensors 1. 000 times per second, what happens around the motorcyclist. Without the need for cables or connections, it detects dangerous situations on its own and immediately activates the Shield, a high-tech air bag made of microfilaments that offers maximum protection on the chest and back, while also restricting neck and helmet movements. The system is activated and protects in the event of a slip, highsider, impact on an obstacle or another vehicle, as well as rear-end collisions, even when stationary. The Dainese D-air® system of the Smart Jacket LS offers protection in the covered areas that corresponds to rigid level 1 back protectors without the need to use a rigid back protector. The Smart Jacket LS has detachable Pro-Armor protectors (Level 2, Type B) on elbows and shoulders. Pro-Armor technology provides the highest level of protection for the limbs, coupled with high freedom of movement and exceptional ventilation, thanks to the soft structure inspired by natural fractals and the ventilated surface that covers 40% of the protector’s surface. Equipped with 2 side zipper pockets, the most important personal items can be easily inserted to always have them at hand.
